Important Information: I have added this option because the whole page border html code did not work properly for Piczo sites, but the problem was not in my html code, the problem is how Piczo is built.

You don't know the height of your Piczo page, just what you have to do is to copy the code and test if border bottom ends when really page ends, do this again and again while the result is not what you want indeed OK?
